Sales Lead – Rev Dev LLC (100% Commission)

Rev Dev LLC is seeking a Sales Lead to drive new business growth and close high-value deals on a 100% commission basis, with unlimited earning potential tied directly to revenue generated. This role is ideal for a self-motivated closer who can independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing in a startup/SMB environment.i

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound channels, owning the full sales pipeline from first contact to close.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and proposal presentations that clearly communicate Rev Dev LLC’s value and drive decision-making.

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with income earned solely through commissions.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and basic reporting on activities and results.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, identify target segments, and provide feedback from the field.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or high-ticket sales with consistent quota attainment in a performance-driven environment.

  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize high-ROI activities.

  • Comfort with a 100% commission compensation structure with no base salary, and motivation to maximize earnings through results.

  • Experience using CRM and basic sales tools (email, video calls, presentations); startup or small-business experience a plus.
